Dr Mikako Matsuura
She completed her PhD in astronomy at University of Tokyo in 2001. Her works are about observational studies of dust and molecules in space, and mainly focus on stellar evolution. Her current projects involve Herschel Space Observatory, Atacama Large Millimetre/submillimetre Array (ALMA), Very Large Telescopes in Chile, and NASA’s airborne telescope, Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA)
